Silver Sneakers 
Custom designed exercises improve agility, balance, coordination and activities for daily living (ADLs) by increasing muscular strength and range of movement.

Yoga
What’s not to say?  Yoga creates a toned, flexible, and strong body.  It improves respiration, energy, and vitality.  All this, while promoting self-awareness, self-acceptance, and positive thinking.  You’ll fit right in as a beginner, intermediate or advanced participant.

Group Blast
An innovative workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total body strength, and enhances functional movement. Inspiring music and supportive coaching will ensure you succeed with exercise that includes dumbbells, body weight and aerobic intervals.

Tai Chi
Call it “moving meditation’. Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility, balance and memory to name a few! You’ll move through a series of gentle exercises that connect the mind and body. A chair is used for support during learning.

Gentle Chair Yoga
This therapeutic class design focuses on breathing, flexibility, balance, muscular strength, endurance and joint range of movement. Class focus is on seated exercises for those that don’t want a floor routine. Gentle music and soothing lighting create relaxing sensations.

Zumba Toning
Perfect for those that like to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting. Lightweight maraca-like toning sticks enhance rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones like arms, core, and lower body.

Zumba Gold
Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.  Class focuses on all elements of fitness:  Cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance.

Zumba Fitness
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Pilates
Its focus is on strengthening the “powerhouse” (core) to execute exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and improve posture. The method involves concentration and the coordination of breath and movement and can be done by someone at any level of fitness.

TRX (First Class is Free)
Suspension Training/Bodyweight workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.  Every participant succeeds because TRX allows you to work at your present level of fitness.  Marci will guide you so that you develop safely and go as far as you dream!
